Toward Sustainable Urban Drainage Infrastructure Planning: A Combined Multiobjective Optimization and Multicriteria Decision-Making Platform

This study aims to introduce a generic solution in the context of multicriteria decision making (MCDM) platform (1) facilitate optimization hybrid (de)centralized urban drainage infrastructures with many decisions and often conflicting objectives (reliability, resilience, sustainability, construction costs); (2) investigate trade-offs between performance indicators system configuration; (3) avoid conflicts analysts makers by involving latter different stages planning.
